Eagle Plains Resouces Pine Channel Gold Project in Saskatchewan, Canada

Eagle Plains’ Pine Channel yields golden returns

Eagle Plains Resources (TSX‑V:EPL) reports rock sampling results up to 269 grams per tonne gold (Au) from its 2026 field program at the Pine Channel Gold Project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

The company collected 55 rock samples across the 100%‑owned property, located approximately 40km west of Stoney Rapids.

Results ranged from trace values to 269g/t Au, with 13 samples returning over 1g/t Au and three samples exceeding 100g/t Au.

The 2026 program aimed to refine target areas and define diamond drill locations through structural mapping, confirmation sampling of historical ‘high‑grade’ gold mineralisation, and evaluation of targets generated from airborne magnetic and light detection and ranging (LiDAR) interpretation.

The ‘highest‑grade’ sample of 269g/t Au came from the Pit occurrence area, where Eagle Plains resampled mineralised quartz vein material from the Vein Three trench.

Historical trenching at the nearby Vein Six occurrence returned 44.36g/t Au over 0.35m.

At North Norite Bay, grab sample THPCR030 from quartz vein material returned 130.5g/t Au. The target area consists of shear‑hosted quartz veins up to 0.60m wide exposed over 375m strike length.

Historical drilling at the zone intersected 407.96g/t Au over 0.5m.

Algold Bay sampling confirmed ‘high‑grade’ gold mineralisation over a 290m length, with grab sample TSPCR006 returning 118g/t Au. Historical drilling at the zone returned 63.5g/t Au over 0.6m.

Additional results include 10.15g/t Au from Occurrence Nine and multiple samples between 3.25g/t and 7.46g/t Au from the Old Cabin, Ridge, and Thompson Island target areas.

Pine Channel covers 8,630 hectares across 32 mineral dispositions, containing 20 documented historical showings focused on structurally controlled vein‑quartz gold deposits. Historical work includes 6,066m of diamond drilling across 115 holes.

The company says comprehensive data interpretation is underway to define and prioritise targets for diamond drilling.

Eagle Plains Resources is a Canadian-based project generator advancing a diverse portfolio of precious, base, critical, and battery metal projects across Western Canada.
