Dart Mining (ASX:DTM) has identified antimony mineralisation in the early stages of diamond drilling at its joint venture Coonambula Antimony-Gold Project with Great Divide Mining (ASX:GDM), located in central Queensland.
Drilling commenced on 28 September with the initial campaign focused on drilling of 2,000m.
The first hole returned 0.6m @ 70% stibnite from 42m, before a second zone of stibnite massive sulphide veining was intersected downhole at 70m.
The company expects all results to be returned in early November.

Chairman James Chirnside says drilling with the combination of the ongoing IP survey is anticipated to assist with additional drill target definition.
“We’re off to a strong start at Coonambula, with the commencement of our drilling program across the high-grade historic Banshee antimony prospect,” Chirnside says.
“Further drilling will be undertaken testing additional targets identified by the IP survey in early 2026, combined with any additional drill testing for potential mineral resource statement requirements. This additional drilling should see us complete sufficient drilling to earn up to a 51% interest in the project.”
Managed by Dart for 15 by 800m in length along north-south oriented survey lines, the IP survey intends to identify antimony shoots and additional lodes at the Banshee prospect, along strike or parallel to the prospect.
The IP survey is funded by the Queensland Government’s Collaborative Exploration Initiative, which Great Divide was successful in attaining in round nine of the grant.
