Dart Mining (ASX:DTM) plans to finalise definitive agreements after completing due diligence on a farm-in deal with Great Divide Mining (ASX:GDM) for the Coonambula Antimony-Gold Project in Queensland.
The Coonambula Project is strategically located in the same geographic region as Dart’s Triumph Gold Project which the company is continuing to progress.
Earlier this year, Dart Mining entered into a binding term sheet with Great Divide Mining, in which Dart can earn up to an initial 51% interest in the project.
Great Divide has now been notified of the satisfactory completion of due diligence.
Under the agreement, Dart Mining will now conduct initial drilling to infill existing high-grade antimony-gold drill intersections at the historical Banshee Antimony Mine.
The company aims to work towards a JORC-compliant resource estimate of antimony-gold soon.
Dart Mining is a diversified mineral explorer that currently holds an extensive and diverse tenement portfolio through northeast Victoria.
