Copper One submits first samples from Majuba Hill

Copper One (CSE:CEXY) has submitted the first batch of samples from its 2026 program at the Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Nevada, US, for assaying.

Drill hole MHB-37B has surpassed 732m depth and is targeting a planned total depth of approximately 762m. Samples comprising 536m of core have been submitted for assaying.

CEO David Greenway says this marks another important milestone in its 2026 drilling campaign at Majuba Hill.

“With our first assays now pending, we are entering an exciting new phase of the program,” Greenway says.

Copper One notes chalcopyrite, pyrite, and possible sphalerite were visually observed within the ALS Formation between approximately 244m and 335m depth.

While these observations are preliminary and not necessarily representative of mineral grades or widths, the company says the ALS Formation is host rock for the target rhyolite porphyry intrusions.

MHB-37B also represents the initial ExploreTech AI-assisted core hole in the 2026 campaign. The hole is designed to test AI-driven modelling of geophysical data combined with breccia mapping.

“MHB-37B is testing one of our highest-priority ExploreTech AI-assisted targets, and as drilling advances toward its planned depth, we look forward to evaluating the results while preparing the next holes in the program,” Greenway adds.

The target also follows up on historic drill holes that intersected significant copper-silver-gold mineralisation within the 3,920ha Majuba Hill property, which features 27,240m of historical drilling.

CEXY says samples have already been sent to ALS Laboratories in Reno, Nevada, for geochemical analysis, with results pending.

Copper One Resources is focused on identifying, acquiring, and advancing copper, copper-silver-gold, and copper-molybdenum projects across North America.
