Copper One Resources (CSE:CEXY) has appointed finance executive Richard Robins as CFO and Aida Reed as corporate secretary.
Robins brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, technology, mining, and public companies, with progressive leadership roles at Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX:TD), Citibank, Peoples Trust Company, and Vancouver City Savings Credit Union.
He previously served as CFO at International Battery Metals (TSX-V:IBAT), a C$60 million ($61.1 million) market capitalisation company, which he took public on the TSX-V before moving to the CSE.
“Richard’s extensive financial leadership, public company experience, and capital markets background will be valuable as we continue advancing our North American copper portfolio, including our flagship Majuba Hill Project in Nevada, as well as our Redhill and Redonda projects in British Columbia,” CEO David Greenway says.
“I look forward to working with the team as Copper One continues to advance its copper-focused portfolio and build long-term value for shareholders,” Robins says.
Reed is a corporate administrative professional with 20 years’ experience in capital markets, facilitating public companies across mining, technology, and oil and gas sectors on Canadian, US, and European stock markets.
With the new appointments, Natasha Doe has been appointed as controller and will no longer serve as CFO and corporate secretary.
Copper One Resources is a North American copper exploration company advancing a portfolio of copper, copper-silver-gold, and critical metals projects across Nevada, US, and British Columbia, Canada.
