Brunswick Exploration (TSX-V:BRW) has drilled a 202.45m pegmatite-bearing section at its Anatacau Main Project in Québec’s Eeyou Istchee James Bay region, Canada, with assays pending.
Drill hole AN-26-15 extended the Anais Main dyke to a vertical depth of 300m following a 130m down-dip step-out.
Brunswick estimates average spodumene content of about 25% from visual observations. This is not an assayed lithium grade.
The reported section starts at 274.25m and includes several pegmatite intervals separated by country rock. Brunswick notes that the interval total may contain up to 25% country rock and estimates true thickness at approximately 75% of drilled length.
The company describes the result as its largest pegmatitic intercept to date. The hole also returned separate pegmatite intervals of 8.35m and 21.50m.

Brunswick says the drilling extends the Anais Main dyke westward, with its footprint now traced over 650m by 350m and remaining open in all directions.
CEO Killian Charles describes the Anais dyke as “one of the most exciting discoveries” worldwide.
“Importantly, this discovery remains open in all directions. We are actively drilling at Anatacau and look forward to expanding this discovery. More details from future work programs at Anatacau will be shared shortly,” Charles says.
Hole AN-26-16 is testing down-dip extensions of pegmatites intersected in earlier drilling. Two completed holes in the Anais sector total approximately 800m, with all assays pending.
The work forms part of Brunswick’s summer campaign, initially planned to comprise 2,000m at Anatacau and 4,000m at the Mirage Project. Mirage assays are expected in the coming weeks, according to the company.
Brunswick Exploration is a Montréal-based lithium explorer with projects in Canada, Greenland, and Saudi Arabia.
