Scottie Resources (TSX-V:SCOT) has received new assays from a 2025 drilling program from the Blueberry Contact Zone within the Scottie Gold Mine in Canada, which “reinforce strength and continuity of high-grade gold mineralisation”.
Of the 27,000m drilled, only 16,000m has been reported to date. The program aimed to expand the resource within the open pit shells defined in the preliminary economic assessment.
Some of the latest results include 3.30m @ 34.3 grams per tonne gold, including 1m @ 90.8g/t gold within the Lemoffe vein zone; and 9.70m @ 9.97g/t gold, including 2.45m @ 21.1g/t gold.
President Thomas Mumford says hole SR25-424 is an example of the efficiency of the company’s targeting at Blueberry, delivering multiple “strong” intercepts from separate vein zones.
“Fully funded for 2026, we look forward to continuing to define additional mineralisation,” Mumford says.
Scottie Resources’ namesake mine has a seven-year mine life and is forecast to produce around 65,400 ounces of gold. The mine zones remain open in multiple directions, representing an opportunity to continue growing Scottie’s overall resource base.
