Mineral exploration company Belararox (ASX:BRX) has identified potential lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) mineralisation from ongoing lithium-focused exploration at its wholly owned Bullabulling Project in Western Australia.
Belararox reports the potential LCT pegmatites are also considered ‘highly prospective’ for gold, and that several quartz and pegmatite veins/sheets associated with the prospective Bali Monzogranite have also been identified.
The company notes several known lithium rich pegmatites are situated within close proximity to the project, including the Red Panda prospect and the Ubini Mine, which is considered prospective for lithium and tantalum mineralisation.
Belararox says exploration began at Bullabulling to test for potential LCT pegmatites, and will move forward with its proposed exploration program in order to assess the potential of both LCT pegmatites and gold access across the full tenement package.
Upcoming exploration will comprise aerial photographic surveying / digital terrain model acquisition / satellite imagery, and remote sensing interpretation, as well as follow-up field mapping, portable x-ray fluorescence (XRF) screening, and soil and rock chip sampling of higher prospective targets.
Commenting on the exploration, Belararox Managing Director, Arvind Misra, says: “The commencement of exploration at Bullabulling is an exciting development in the pipeline of activities for Belararox and represents a real opportunity in a highly prospective LCT pegmatite district in WA.

Detailed exploration has commenced, and we aim to update the market as activities progress.”
The company notes this discovery follows a ‘significant’ interception of 29m @ 1.36% Li2O from 38m downhole from a 14-hole phase one reverse circulation (RC) drill program, as announced by neighbouring mineral exploration company, Future Battery Metals (ASX:FBM) last month.
The intercept was recorded only 11.5km from Belararox’s Bullabulling eastern tenement boundary.
Belararox is an ASX-listed advanced mineral exploration company focused on ‘high-value’ energy metals. The company’s Bullabulling project is located to the west of the township of Coolgardie in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia and comprises 26 tenements covering a total land area of 50km-square.
The project is being actively explored for potential LCT pegmatites.
