Auric inks Top Global Mining deal

Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) has signed a tenement sale agreement with privately held Top Global Mining, to purchase four tenements forming the Lindsay’s Gold Project in Western Australia.

Three remaining tenements would settle within seven days, following a successful resolution of litigation currently before the Warden’s Court. The next Warden’s Court appearance is scheduled for 21 November 2025.

Once various matters are resolved in the Warden’s Court, Auric will pay Top Global $1.6 million within seven days of final resolution.

As part of the deal, $2 million worth of Auric shares will be issued based on the 15-day volume weighted average price, determined on the day ending prior to the final resolution on tenement M27/169.

Managing Director Mark English says add in all of these tenements, this is a further step towards fulfilling the company’s ambitions through securing a package that Auric has tried to acquire for over a year.

“The signing of this tenement sale agreement adds to this being a key component to a superb finish for us in 2025,” English says.

Auric notes the agreement provides the company with the sole right to conduct work on, and management of and responsibility for the action before the Warden’s Court pertaining to tenement M27/169.

Auric Mining is a gold-focused company aiming to find and mine one million ounces of gold.
