Antipa Minerals Minyari Dome

Antipa uncovers Minyari’s broader gold intersections

Recent drilling at Antipa Minerals’ (ASX:AZY) Minyari Gold-Copper Project in the Paterson province in Western Australia has formed a “broader intersection that exceeds 100 gold-gram-metres”.

Managing Director Roger Mason says results returned so far highlight the growth potential of the Minyari Dome system.

“When coupled with previous results, which included a standout 520 gold-gram-metre hit, the consistency across Fiama and Minyari continues to reinforce the scale and quality of the Minyari Dome development opportunity,” Mason says.

“With a high-impact phase of new discovery drilling ongoing and key Prefeasibility Study workstreams continuing at pace, we are set for an exciting finish to the year.”

Antipa conducted 23,265m of drilling across 290 holes, with 7,694m worth of assays returned so far.

The company intends to conduct a further 35,000m of discovery-focused drilling, with resource definition drilling for an upcoming Prefeasibility Study (PFS) already complete. Resource definition drilling comprised 81 holes across 17,746m, with assays returned for 71 holes to date.

Sterilisation drilling for the PFS is ongoing in areas prospective for site infrastructure and waste-rock.

Assays include an intercept of 1m @ 32.6 grams per tonne gold and 0.24% copper from 233m at the Fiama prospect, located 100m down dip from where previous campaigns uncovered 23m @ 7.1g/t gold and 0.07% copper.

The Minyari deposit extended mineralisation down dip, returning an intersection of 28m @ 1.9g.t gold and 0.17% copper from 392m, including 4m @ 4.3g.t gold, 0.51% copper, and 1.7g/t silver from 392m, and 2m @ 7.5g.t gold and 0.31% copper from 412m.

Antipa Minerals is an Australian explorer focused on uncovering significant gold-copper-silver deposits in the Paterson Province of Western Australia.
