Antipa Minerals (ASX:AZY) has provided a detailed update on the work being done at the wholly owned Minyari Dome Gold-Copper Development Project in Western Australia as it works towards a Prefeasibility Study (PFS).
Highlights from the PFS workstream include the completion of multiple drilling programmes to support an update on the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), the completion of metallurgical testwork, a detailed outline for the pathway to project approval, active engagement with Traditional Owners as a pathway to Native Title and heritage approvals, and the engagement of a debt advisor to outline all debt market requirements.
Managing Director, Roger Mason outlines how the PFS is “being executed in a disciplined and methodical manner, with the recruitment of highly experienced key personnel and the appointment of industry leading consultants to deliver high-quality and tangible progress across each critical workstream”.
“Importantly, work completed to date has materially improved our understanding of development pathways, regulatory requirements, timeframes, and critical decision points,” Mason says.
Antipa continues to progress its various PFS workstreams as it transitions into an integration and optimisation phase, using detailed analysis to support the mine plan, cost estimation, and approvals scheduling. The company is anticipating they will be able to assess the projects against technical, regulatory, and funding criteria as it works towards a final investment decision by mid-2028.
Antipa Minerals is focused on progressing Minyari to PFS stage.
