Antipa Minerals (ASX:AZY) has highlighted multiple ‘high-grade’ gold zones at the GEO-01 discovery in Western Australia after assaying re-split samples from previous drilling in the area.
The $52.43 million market capitalisation company reports the peak gold grade from the one-metre re-split samples includes hole 23MYC0384 with 1m @ 19.95 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 137m.
Other results include 11m @ 1.6g/t gold from 24m, including 2m @ 5.9 g/t gold from 25m and 1m @ 9.3 g/t gold from 26m.
Drilling has now re-started at GEO-01 as part of the expanded phase two program under which infill, reverse circulation (RC), and diamond drilling are planned.

Antipa says with mineralisation open in most directions, the aim of the phase two drill program is to extend the ‘high-grade’ gold zones and deliver on the ‘significant’ potential maiden resource opportunity.
Commenting on the results, Antipa Minerals Managing Director Roger Mason says: “We are very excited by these results, which emphasise the opportunity that exists at the GEO-01 discovery.
In particular, the high-grade mineralisation returned end-of-hole in 23MYC0384 highlights the latent growth potential to be unlocked with future drilling.”
