Alma prepares share purchase plan

Alma Metals (ASX:ALM) is conducting a share purchase plan (SPP) where shareholders can apply for up to $30,000 worth of shares, issued at $0.006 each. This represents a 15% discount to the 20-day volume weighted average price.

The SPP is expected to open on 28 November 2025, before closing 17 December 2025.

Earlier this month, Alma received partial assays from a hole drilled to a depth of 809.9m at the Briggs Project in Queensland.

Assays include 222.2m @ 0.26% copper, 48 parts per million (ppm) molybdenum, 0.72 grams per tonne silver from 9m, including 54m @ 0.31% copper, 54ppm molybdenum, and 0.83g/t silver from 62m, as reported by Mining.com.au

Alma will use the results to form an upcoming Prefeasibility Study for Briggs, following on from a recent Scoping Study that assessed the technical and economic viability of large-scale open pit mining.

Alma Metals is an Australian copper explorer focused on advancing its Briggs Project in Queensland and the East Kimberley Project in Western Australia.
