WIN Metals (ASX:WIN) has received commitments to raise $5.5 million through a share placement at $0.035 per share, and one free attaching option for every two shares issued through the placement.
The company has already received strong support from strategic and existing investors. Proceeds from the placement will be used to fund the second phase of drilling at the company’s Radio Mine Gold Project and for drilling and evaluation at the Butchers Creek Gold Project.
Managing Director Steve Norregaard thanks the company’s shareholders for their continued support and welcomes new investors as well.
“These funds will allow us to rapidly progress our plans to transition to a producer. The WIN team are enthused by what we have achieved at both our Butchers Creek Project and the Radio Gold Mine Project in a very short time frame since acquiring the projects.”
The options will be issued subject to shareholder approval at the company’s next general meeting in January 2026.
GBA Capital acted as lead manager for the placement.
WIN Metals is an exploration company focused on gold, nickel, and lithium, and operating in the southern Goldfields and Kimberly regions of Western Australia.
