West Coast Silver launches geophysics program at Elizabeth Hill

West Coast Silver (ASX:WCE) has commenced a geophysical survey program targeting potential repeats of the silver system along 4km of the Munni Munni Fault Zone.

The company secured a $114,312 grant from the Western Australian Government co-funded geophysics program, which covered half of the cost of the induced polarisation (IP) and controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotellurics (CSAMT) surveys at its Elizabeth Hill Silver Project.

The program follows IP testing at the Elizabeth Hill Mine, where surveying identified a chargeability response coincident with the known mineralised envelope, confirming IP as an effective tool for silver and base metal exploration.

West Coast Silver has contracted Southern Geoscience Consultants and Zonge Engineering and Research Organisation to begin the program between late June and early July 2026.

The surveys will test the fault zone between the Munni Munni and Maitland intrusive complexes to greater depths than previously explored.

Chairman Bruce Garlick says Elizabeth Hill has the potential to be a “broader, repeatable” silver system.

“This program is designed to test it along strike and at depth, and to generate additional drill targets with potential to support future resource growth,” Garlick says.

West Coast Silver announced that Elizabeth Hill was beginning to display the attributes of a potential five-element system, as reported.

The company says anomaly targets detected by the Q3 2026 surveys may be prioritised for follow-up drilling later in the year.

Meanwhile, diamond drilling at Elizabeth Hill continues to test the mine for extensions to, and infill of, the April 2026 mineral resource estimate, while economic studies of near-surface mineralisation are progressing towards a Scoping Study.

West Coast Silver is a mineral explorer focused on discovering and developing silver deposits.
