Wandanya keeps delivering manganese & iron

Black Canyon (ASX:BCA) wanted consistency from its latest infill drilling at the Wandanya Project in Western Australia.

It got that, plus a few pleasant surprises:

  • Shallow hits: Manganese and iron start close to surface
  • DSO potential: ‘Higher-grade’ material could require minimal processing
  • More assays: Southern results remain in the lab
  • Next campaign: Untested extensions are ready for drilling
  • Key milestones: A maiden resource and Scoping Study are in sight

No surprises can be excellent news when you’re designing a mine.

About the guest and company:
Brendan Cummins is the managing director of Black Canyon, a manganese explorer and developer advancing the Wandanya Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. The company is defining shallow manganese and iron mineralisation while assessing potential direct shipping ore (DSO) products.
