Vertex Minerals (ASX:VTX) has begun trading shares on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US, under the ticker code VTXXF.
The OTCQB market is recognised as an Established Public Market by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and serves as a prominent platform for US and international companies in the entrepreneurial and growth stages. It is the middle tier of the over-the-counter market for US stocks.
Vertex, which has a market capitalisation of $50.67 million, says the dual-listing offers key advantages for investors, such as improved trading accessibility for US-based investors and increased liquidity driven by a wider geographic reach of potential shareholders.
The company adds this platform enables it to connect with US capital markets, data providers, and media outlets, ensuring that US investors have access to the same high-quality information and disclosures available to Australian investors.
Vertex Minerals is an Australia-based gold explorer focused on discovering and developing its portfolio of assets within the New South Wales and Western Australia’s goldfields region.
