Gold and copper explorer Unity Metals is opening its initial share offering, raising up to $10 million ahead of listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
The company is offering up to 50 million shares at a price of $0.20, in order to list under the ticker code ‘UM1’.
Unity’s initial public offering is being led by Canaccord, as well Bacchus Capital Advisers and JS First acting as co-managers.
The offer opened on 14 November 2025 and is set to close on 4 December at 5pm AWST.
Unity will offer up to 1 million options to Canaccord and up to 5 million options to all managers.
