Trojan Gold (CSE:TGII) is raising C$300,000 through a private placement to fund exploration at the Paulpic and Adair-Wascanna properties and the Watershed property in Canada.
The company will issue 3 million flow-through units at C$0.10 each, with each unit comprising one share and one-half of a purchase warrant.
Flow-through warrants will entitle the holder to one share at C$0.15 over a two-year period.
Trojan will be able to accelerate the expiry date of warrants if the company’s trading price closes at C$0.20 for a period of five consecutive trading days with 30 days notice.
Trojan Gold is an Ontario-based mineral explorer listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, the OTCQB Venture Market, and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
