Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) has wrapped up its previously announced retail entitlement offer, raising $70 million before costs.
The retail component of the fully underwritten, accelerated 1-for-3.27 entitlement offer closed at 3pm Perth time on 3 August 2026.
Approximately 60.96 million new shares were not taken up and have been allocated in accordance with the shortfall allocation policy, including to the underwriter, Canaccord Genuity (Australia) (TSX:CF).
New shares and shortfall shares are expected to be allotted on 10 August 2026, with trading on the ASX expected to commence on 11 August 2026. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares on issue.
Toubani Resources is a developer focused on advancing gold opportunities in Africa, particularly with its Kobada Gold Project.
