Torex Gold Resources’ (TSX:TXG) CEO Jody Kuzenko will be retiring from the company effective immediately, in which CFO Andrew Snowden will assume the position.
Chairman Rick Howes says under Kuzenko’s leadership and team she has built, Torex operates one of the largest gold producing mines in Mexico, now with sizable copper exposure.
“Over the last five years, Andrew has done an impeccable job as CFO and has played a pivotal role in the company’s success,” Howes says.
Snowden joined Torex in January 2021 and is a mining executive with more than 25 years of international corporate experience. He has worked in the UK, Australia, and Canada.
Torex Gold is a Canadian mining company engaged in exploring, developing, and producing gold, copper, and silver from its flagship Morelos Complex in Guerrero, Mexico.
