Theta Gold Mines (ASX:TGM) has procured the long-lead metallurgical circuit equipment needed to advance the TGME Gold Project in South Africa.
Equipment from Kemix and MIP Industries, engineering firms in South Africa, include agitators, electrowinning circuit, thickeners, flocculant plant, and control instrumentation, will be delivered in line with the company’s integrated project schedule, which is on track for construction and commissioning by the end of 2026.
Executive Chairman Bill Guy notes that “securing these critical long-lead items is a major milestone for TGME. With civil works advancing and world-class technology partners on board, we remain firmly on track for commissioning by end-2026. This project is not just about gold — it’s about jobs, training, and creating lasting value for the region.”
Theta Gold Mines is developing projects in South Africa’s Eastern Transvaal goldfields, with a focus on the flagship TGME Gold Project.
