Terra Uranium (ASX:T92) Executive Chairman Andrew Vigar speaks to Shae Russell about the company’s focus in Canada and the work being done in the Athabasca Basin.
“So we’ve now entered into an arrangement with Axiom Exploration, who are the biggest provider of services in the Athabasca Basin to provide both on the ground work and geophysics,” Vigar says.
Terra recently signed definitive option agreements with ATHA Energy Corp (TSX-V:SASK), that will give both companies the option to acquire a percentage of each other’s projects in Canada.
By entering into these agreements, Terra Uranium will increase its footprint in the “highly prospective” Athabasca Basin by more than 60,000 hectares.
🔑 Key topics discussed:
- The Canadian partner now handles all deep drilling so T92 can focus on campaign drilling at a shallower prospect within the country.
- Appearing at a uranium conference in South Australia and IMARC next week.
- Uranium prices are moving in the contract market and the spot market should start to move soon.
