Tali expands West Arunta with new prospects

Tali Resources (ASX:TR2) has identified three new, untested copper and critical mineral prospects at its West Arunta Project, expanding the scale and depth of its exploration pipeline in Western Australia.

Following an extensive historical data review, re-logging of drill samples and regional datasets, and geophysical interpretation, Tali has highlighted three areas with potential, including Caspian North-East, Gibson West, and Verde West.

Managing Director Rhys Bradley says that the current data review has continued to expand the “scale of opportunity” at West Arunta.

“The identification of three additional untested prospects adds meaningful depth to our pipeline and reinforces the region’s potential for copper, gold, and critical minerals which remains largely untested,” Bradley says.

“With drilling plans being finalised for these new prospects and others, Tali is set for a highly active and exciting year of exploration.”

Caspian North-East is defined by a 10km x 5km gravity anomaly that is adjacent to the Central Australian Suture, which is prospective for copper-gold and critical mineral systems.

Gibson West has linear magnetic and airborne electromagnetic anomalies along the Central Australian Suture, and is prospective for copper-gold and sediment-hosted copper systems.

Verde West is a discrete magnetic bullseye anomaly with a demagnetised halo and is prospective for gold and copper-gold mineralisation.

Tali has completed plans for an upcoming drill program that will include these new prospects. Field activities for the 2026 field season will include additional gravity surveys to complement data from the airborne magnetic survey, heritage survey to support drilling, and additional drilling programs.

Tali Resources is an exploration company focused on exploring for Tier 1 mineral deposits in Western Australia.
