Tajiri Resources (TSX-V:TAJ) has reported the intention to raise up to C$1.5 ($1.55) million through a non-brokered private placement and through the sale of up to 8.33 million units at a price of C$0.18 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one half of a common share purchase warrant.
Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share in the company at C$0.40 over a period of 18 months after the closing date.
The funds raised in this placement will be put towards exploration and development, future acquisitions, and general working capital.
