Skyharbour Resources (TSX-V:SYH) has filed technical reports for its two flagship uranium projects in Saskatchewan, Canada, as part of preparations for a planned uplisting to the Nasdaq.
The company currently trades on the OTCQX and is seeking a Nasdaq listing to complement its existing TSX Venture Exchange listing in Canada.
As part of its Annual Information Form filing, Skyharbour is required to include NI 43-101-compliant technical reports for its Moore and Russell Lake uranium projects in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.
Flagship Athabasca projects
Moore is an advanced-stage exploration project located approximately 15km east of Denison Mines‘ (TSX:DML) Wheeler River Project and 39km south of Cameco‘s (TSX:CCO) McArthur River uranium mine.
The adjacent Russell Lake project is being advanced through joint ventures with Denison.
Skyharbour is advancing both projects through ongoing exploration and drilling programs.
Together, Moore and Russell Lake host multiple zones of ‘high-grade’ uranium mineralisation across a largely contiguous land package in the eastern Athabasca Basin, according to the company.
Prospect generator portfolio
In addition to its flagship projects, Skyharbour holds a portfolio of earlier-stage exploration properties across the Athabasca Basin.
The company operates a prospect generator model under which partner companies fund exploration at certain properties, allowing Skyharbour to retain exposure to exploration upside while advancing its core projects.
