Silver47 Exploration (TSX-V:AGA) has raised C$23 million in a private placement to fund further exploration across the company’s portfolio of assets.
The company issued units at a price of C$0.70, with each unit comprising one share and one-half purchase warrant.
Research Capital led the offering as a lead agent and sole bookrunner on behalf of a syndicate of agents including Eventus Capital and Haywood Securities.
Shareholders will be eligible to purchase an additional share at C$1 for a period lasting until 16 September 2028 with each warrant held.
As reported by Mining.com.au yesterday (17 September), one director subscribed C$70,000 into this placement to obtain 100,000 units.
Funds will be directed towards the company’s projects based in Canada and the US, which comprises the Red Mountain Project in Alaska, the Hughes and Kennedy projects in Nevada, the Mogollon Project in New Mexico, and the Adam Plateau and Michelle projects in Canada.
