Silver North spins drill rigs within Keno Hill district

Silver North Resources (TSX-V:SNAG) has begun drilling at the Haldane Silver Project in the historic Keno Hill Silver District of Yukon, Canada.

Two diamond drill rigs are now operating on the property and are expected to continue through the summer and into Q4 2026.

Drilling is designed to expand the Main Zone and test new targets. One drill rig will focus on the expansion drilling, where the company has uncovered mineralisation over 100m of strike and 300m downdip from the surface. The second rig will test known targets such as Bighorn, where only one hole has been drilled to date, as well as new targets generated from ongoing surface fieldwork.

President and CEO Jason Weber says hole HLD25-31 is considered the best hole drilled to date on the property and confirms the scale and continuity of silver mineralisation at the Main zone.

“With two drills turning and a robust pipeline of new targets, we believe this program has the potential to be transformational for Silver North,” Weber says.

In parallel with drilling, field crews will ground-truth targets generated from the SkyTEM survey, as well as conduct detailed structural and lithological mapping at the Main, West Fault, Middlecoff, and other target areas.

Silver North Resources owns the Haldane, Tim, and Veronica projects, all located in southern Yukon and northern British Columbia, Canada.
