Silver North Resources (TSX-V:SNAG) has closed its private placement, raising a total of C$11.58 million ($12.07 million) to fund exploration at the Haldane and Veronica properties in Yukon, Canada.
The company will issue 17.11 million flow-through units at C$0.56 each and 4.98 million units at C$0.40 per unit.
Each unit comprises one share and one-half purchase warrant, while each flow-through unit comprises one share to be issued as flow-through.
Holders will be entitled to purchase one share at C$0.56 between 10 April 2026 and 10 February 2029 for each warrant held.
Red Cloud Securities is acting as the sole agent and bookrunner for this placement.
As reported by Mining.com.au, funds raised in this placement will be used for exploration and related programs at the Haldane and Veronica projects in the Yukon Territory of Canada.
