Regener8 Resources prepares to renew Kookynie district with upcoming drill program

Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) has undertaken a site reconnaissance visit ahead of a scheduled phase one reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Niagara West tenements within its Kookynie Gold Project in Western Australia.

The company reports it has completed the site reconnaissance following return of recent auger program results, as well as new target generation completed alongside CSA Global, who have also been engaged to coordinate and manage the 2500m RC drill program.

Regener8 notes it has also contracted Kalgoorlie-based drilling company Red Rock Drilling for the RC drilling scope.

Drilling is scheduled to begin in late April and has been designed to test priority gold targets within the project. Completion of drilling is expected to take place within about 3 weeks, after which samples will be sent to laboratory for analysis then evaluation of results.

Commenting on the exploration, Regener8 Resources Managing Director, Stephen Foley says: “We look forward to the commencement of the drilling program later this month focusing on a number of priority gold targets at Niagara West (including new targets at Green Bullet), resulting from our previous field activities at the Kookynie Gold Project.

“We look forward to the commencement of the drilling program later this month focusing on a number of priority gold targets at Niagara West…”

We welcome onboard Red Rock Drilling as a business partner to Regener8. The engagement has synergies, with both companies having achieved Climate Active (Carbon Neutral) certification/. This demonstrates shared values and awareness, placing climate and country front of mind in business decisions and activities.

We also express our ongoing thanks to Morapoi Station for its continued support.”

Regener8 Resources is an ASX-listed company focused on investigating its underexplored tenements located in the heart of the Kookynie district of Western Australia. The company’s Kookynie project is situated about 150km north of the townships of Kalgoorlie and 55km south of Leonora in a region that has historically produced over 500,000oz.

This region has undergone a revival of activity in recent years, with encouraging resource growth and exploration results by neighbours such as Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD), Iris Metals (ASX:IR1), Carnavale Resources (ASX:CAV), and Metallicity (ASX:MCT).
