Power Metallic Mines (TSX-V:PNPN) has pushed back its anticipated mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Nisk and Lion discoveries in Canada until the end of August.
The consulting engineering firm engaged for the work has the information it needs from Power Metallic, but concurrent workloads in multiple projects have delayed staff availability to finalise the resource.
Power Metallic continues to have five rigs exploring on the project and expects to provide assays from the ongoing summer program in September and throughout the Canadian autumn. It also anticipates that the results of a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) survey and early results of the muon geophysical program will begin to be incorporated into the autumn exploration program after the Moose Break, occurring from 15 September to 15 October.
The company also continues to move its Nasdaq application forward after receiving shareholder approval.
