Power Metallic Mines (TSX-V:PNPN) has received further drill results from a nearly completed drilling program at the Lion Zone, part of the Nisk Project in Canada.
These results will be used for an upcoming mineral resource, which will form the basis of a preliminary economic assessment.
Infill drillholes in the shallow central parts of the deposit continue to report ‘good’ near surface grades as evidenced by hole PML-26-115 which intersected high-grade copper near surface with 13.30 m @ 3.98% copper-equivalent at 25m below surface, and hole PML-26-105 which intersected 5.26 m @ 8.45% copper-equivalent at approximately 140m below surface.
The company is expecting more assays from the resource drilling and regional exploration in the coming weeks.
Power Metallic is a Canadian explorer focused on advancing the Nisk Project.
