Guy Bourassa

Guy Bourassa is a Québec-based resources executive who is currently serving as CEO of Scandium Canada. Prior to joining the company he held various positions across several mining companies, including Radisson Mining Resources (CVE:RDS), Dufresnoy Industrial Minerals, Mazarin Mining Corporation, Monarques Resources, Nouveau Monde Graphite (CVE:NOU), and Nemaska Lithium (TSX:NMX). Bourassa graduated from the Université Laval, Québec, law school in 1983. During his time as an attorney he mainly worked with Québec mining explorers.

Terry Lynch

Chief Executive Officer
Terry Lynch is an experienced resource executive who is currently serving as CEO of Power Nickel and is a founder of Save Canadian Mining. Over the course of his career, Lynch has served various listed and privately held resource companies, including privately held Nevada-focused Relief Gold and TSX-listed Firstgold Corp (TSX:FF). He has also served as a partner with financial advisory firm Kingsmill Capital Partners.

Dr Mark Cooksey

Dr Mark Cooksey is a highly experienced engineer with more than 25 years’ experience commercialising new technologies in the metallurgical industry, with a particular emphasis on aluminium. He has direct experience in aluminium smelting, commencing his career as an engineer at Comalco (now Rio Tinto Alcan), and also has substantial knowledge of the commercialisation process for new technologies.

Donald Garner

Donald Garner is a professional geologist with over 25 years’ experience in the resources sector. Garner’s previous role was with Red River Resources where he was responsible for strategy and business development. Prior to Red River, he held senior executive roles in the resources sector and worked in corporate finance, and has also worked as an exploration and mining geologist in Western Australia, Russia, and Myanmar.

Frazer Tabeart is a seasoned geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the international resources sector, surrounding several exploration and corporate roles related to copper, gold, uranium, nickel, and coal across five continents. Tabeart has served Alma Metals since 2005, where he has dedicated his time to discovering projects in Zambia, Botswana and, most recently, Australia. Prior to joining Alma Metals, Tabeart held the position of Principal Geoscientist at Western Mining Corporation for 16 years.

Andrew Paterson
Managing Director

Andrew Paterson is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience in mining and exploration across both Australia and Papua New Guinea. Starting his career exploring surface and underground gold and nickel mining operations around the Western Australia Goldfields, Paterson has since then managed diverse programs exploring for gold, nickel, iron ore, and lithium. He was also part of the management team that recapitalised Kingston Resources, leading to the successful acquisition of the 2.8Moz Misima Gold Project in Papua New Guinea.
