Nova shines brighter on NASDAQ

Nova Minerals (ASX:NVA) has announced its underwritten public offering to list on NASDAQ for US$20 million ($30.27 million).

The company will issue 2.93 million American depository shares (ADS), equaling an ADS-to-share ratio of one-to-12, priced at US$6.83 per ADS.

The underwriters have been offered a 45-day option to purchase up to a further 439,245 ADSs, covering over-allotments of ADS if any appear. 

ThinkEquity is acting as the book-running manager for this public offering, which is expected to close on 22 December.

Funds will be used for exploration and development activities at the Estelle Project in Alaska. This includes additional drilling and exploration, Feasibility and environmental studies, camp expansion, permits and approvals, and initial development activities.

As reported by Mining.com.au, the company received a grant from the US Department of War in October 2025, totalling US$43.4 million to streamline production at the Estelle antimony mining operations over the coming years.

Nova Minerals is a gold, antimony, and critical minerals explorer focused on advancing its Estelle Project which spans 514km2 in Alaska, US.
