Newfield looks to woo European investors with German listings

Newfield Resources (ASX:NWF) has listed its shares on the Frankfurt, Munich, and Stuttgart stock exchanges, under the ticker code ‘4XK0’, as it looks to entice European investors.

The company says its secondary listings on the German exchanges will increase its exposure to German and other European markets, which will complement its strategy of selling diamonds into the European market.

Newfield, which has a market capitalisation of $122.29 million, will also engage a local investor relations group to bolster its investor reach to attract new investors, as well as increase the overall trading volumes on the ASX and in Europe.

No new shares were issued or funds raised under the dual-listing process.

Newfield Resources is a diamond explorer and developer focused on its diamond mine, currently under construction, in Sierra Leone and its other highly prospective exploration licences in Liberia.
