Neotech hits mixed carbonatites at TREO project

Neotech Metals (CSE:NTMC) has received preliminary geochemical assay results, which intersected mixed carbonatites and dolomites, at the Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO) Project in Canada.

Four holes were drilled this year to supplement the legacy Carbo Project work completed by Canadian International Mines back in 2010.

The drillholes were designed to test for intervals of TREO within the alkaline intrusive carbonatite complex known at Wicheeda Lake, looking to see if the carbonatite systems observed in the Defense Metals property immediately to the west of the Neotech property.

Core logging and sampling has been completed, with all four holes showing visible mineralisation.

Neotech continues to evaluate the TREO Project and any additional mineralised intervals identified during the assessment will be reported in due course.

In conjunction, Neotech has appointed Justin Daley and Cameron MacDonald to the company’s board of directors, amid Robert Krause remaining in his advisor role.

Daley is a professional geologist and CEO of Made in America Gold, with over 15 years of experience in disciplined capital deployment and discovery-driven value creation.

MacDonald brings more than 20 years of capital market public company experience as founder and CEO of Macam Group of Companies specialising in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking, financing management, and operations to over 80 public and private companies.

Neotech Metals is a mineral explorer focused on discovering and developing valuable mineral resources. The company has a diversified portfolio of rare earths in Canada.
