Mining services company Monadelphous Group (ASX:MND) has been awarded numerous construction and maintenance contracts totalling $230 million.
The $1.19 billion market capitalised company secured a multidisciplinary construction contract at mining giant BHP’s (ASX:BHP) Prominent Hill Expansion Project in South Australia.
The scope of work includes supply, fabrication, and installation associated with the surface materials handling system, winder building and hoist. The work is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
Monadelphous’ civil business, Melchor, has also been awarded a construction contract by Saipem Clough Joint Venture (JV) at Project Ceres, Perdaman Industries’ urea plant, which lies near Dampier in Western Australia. The work is expected to be completed mid-2025.
Saipem Clough Joint Venture has also awarded Monadelphous’ heavy lift services JV Alevro a contract to provide heavy haulage services at Project Ceres.
Further, Monadelphous has also secured a three-year contract, with two one-year extension options, to continue providing maintenance and shutdown services at South32’s (ASX:S32) Worsley Alumina operations in Western Australia.

The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and also has offices in Brisbane, China, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines.
