Mines and Money: focusing on financing critical minerals projects, ESG, and strategic long-term investment

When it comes to the resources sector, it’s all about developing mines and accessing money.

The Mines and Money event series returns to Melbourne on the 14-15 of June and is set to bring together some 300 attendees for 2 days of networking, presentations, and creating new business partnerships and opportunities.

This year at Mines and Money Connect Melbourne, resources companies will present project updates to an audience of investors via 10-minute mining spotlights in the Mining and Money Theatre.

With a focus on face-to-face meetings, the conference will centre on key themes including financing critical minerals projects, ESG, sustainability, and strategic long-term investment.

Presenters and attendees from exploration companies this year include, among others, ABx Group (ASX:ABX) Managing Director and CEO Mark Cooksey; Alto Metals (ASX:AME) Managing Director Matt Bowles; Group 6 Metals (ASX:G6M) CEO Keith McKnight; Helix Resources (ASX:HLX) MD Mike Rosenstreich; Lodestar Minerals (ASX:LSR) Managing Director Ed Turner; and, Western Mines Group (ASX:WMG) Managing Director Dr Caedmon Marriott.

Tommy Horton, VP Vice President, Business Development, Giyani Metals says in the recent past, this event series’ competitive advantage has been the quality of the investors that attend.

Mines and Money Connect Melbourne will bring together key industry players, mining and energy companies, investors, and brokers, presenting an opportunity to come together in 2 days of learning, dealmaking, and developing valuable and meaningful business connections.

Attendees this year will benefit from access to the AI driven Connect Meeting platform. Mining corporates can plan and arrange meetings with qualified investors ahead of the event, thereby arriving event with pre-scheduled meetings.
