Legacy Minerals (ASX:LGM) has obtained $4 million in funding for exploration and development of the Mt Carrington Project in New South Wales.
The company has entered into an option exercise underwriting agreement with Bell Potter Securities, which is also acting as the joint lead manager with Cumulus Wealth.
Options will be exercisable at $0.205 each and will expire on 22 January 2026.
As the underwriter, Bell Potter Securities will underwrite the exercise of up to 19.53 million options for the total funding.
As reported by Mining.com.au, Legacy began drilling at its Mt Carrington Project earlier this month for a total drilling campaign of 2,000m, focusing on ‘high priority’ silver and gold targets.
Legacy Minerals is exploring for precious metals, copper, and base metals in New South Wales, with a focus on developing the Mt Carrington Project.
