Group 6 Metals (ASX:G6M) has appointed Andrew Bickley as the company’s new secretary, effective immediately, following Megan McPherson’s resignation.
Bickley has more than 15 years of experience as a company secretary and governance professional for Australian and international organisations, including for listed companies such as Andean Silver (ASX:ASL), services firms, and statutory agencies.
Bickley also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex, and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Group 6 Metals says Bickley will be the primary person responsible for communications with the ASX.
Group 6 Metals is an Australian resources explorer, developer, and producer primarily focused on the Dolphin Tungsten Mine in King Island, Tasmania.
