GoldArc Resources (ASX:GA8) has reported results from a 317-sample soil survey conducted at the Leonora North Gold Project in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, identifying two new gold anomalies that have not previously been drill-tested.
The company says that the soil survey conducted in January 2026 emphasised the ‘high-grade’ potential of Leonora North, with key results including 51.9 grams per tonne gold, 11.2g/t gold, 14.2g/t gold, and 1.5g/t gold.
Two additional new gold anomalies (S6 and S7) were also identified during the soil sampling, with S6 measuring approximately 1.1km long. S6 is located approximately 150m southwest and parallel to the Mt Stirling Gold Deposit.
The S7 anomaly is approximately 700m long and located approximately 350m southwest of the Mt Stirling Gold Deposit and 100m northeast of the Mt Stirling Well Deposit. Maximum grade at S7 was 793 parts per billion gold.
Managing Director Paul Stephen says that the results are a testament to the systematic exploration undertaken by the company.
“These two new anomalies, S6 and S7 located between Mt Stirling and Mt Stirling Well are very encouraging as they could have similar untapped potential to be as large as those already defined at Mt Stirling and Mt Stirling Well,” Stephen says.
“This fully validates our belief in the untapped discovery potential at the Leonora North Gold Project, and we have now generated a pipeline of high-priority targets for immediate follow-up and drilling.”
GoldArc has an approximately 8,500m reverse circulation (RC) development drilling program scheduled to commence in March 2026 at the Cosmopolitan, Orion, Sapphire, Eclipse, and Euroa gold deposits.
An additional 30,000m RC program is scheduled to commence in February 2026 at Mt Stirling and Mt Stirling Well to further resource development.
GoldArc Resources is a gold exploration company, building on a foundational JORC resource while also pursuing new discoveries in Western Australia.
