Gladiator dual-lists on US OTCQB Market

Gladiator Resources (ASX:GLA) has begun trading on the US OTCQB Venture Market, under the ticker GLARF, as part of enhancing visibility and accessibility among international investors.

The cross-trading arrangement enables US investors to trade shares domestically in US dollars through preferred brokers during regular US market hours.

Gladiator, which has a market capitalisation of $33.37 million, is actively assessing opportunities to secure land and develop rare earth projects within the US.

Chairman Matthew Boysen says achieving a dual-listing is an “important” step in improving the company’s accessibility to investors in the US.

“This initiative aligns with our strategic goal of establishing a presence in the North American market, particularly as the US rare earths sector enters a phase of renewed interest and investment,” Boysen says.

Gladiator Resources is a mineral explorer focused primarily on uranium.
