Femco’s Color Coded Fluid Drain System introduces what it says is an intuitive way to handle multiple fluids with precision and ease. Each fluid type is assigned a distinct colour, ensuring instant identification during maintenance procedures. This eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, reduces errors, and enhances operational efficiency for heavy equipment fleets.
The system incorporates Femco’s advanced non-drip plugs, which facilitates mess-free draining and filling. These dry-break couplings completely seal the system, preventing leaks, spills, and environmental hazards.
For a fully streamlined experience, the system is available with Femco’s Fluid Service Box – an equipment-mounted service panel centralises all fluid drain and fill ports, providing technicians with a single access point for maintenance.
By grouping all fluid connections in one convenient location, service becomes faster, cleaner, and more organised for both in the shop and in the field.
Additionally, certified Parker Push-Lok hoses are included, allowing for customized fluid routing. Hoses can be cut to size, adapting the system to fit the exact specifications of any vehicle.
With a fully sealed system and dry-break technology, Femco’s Color Coded Fluid Drain System ensures zero spills, eliminating concerns about EPA violations and environmental contamination.
