Excalibur unsheathes anomaly at Bellehelen

Excalibur Metals (TSX-V:EXCL) has identified a coherent multi-element anomaly at its Rangefront target within the Bellehelen Silver-Gold Project in Nevada ahead of planned drilling in late 2026.

Soil sampling and controlled source audio-frequency magnetotellurics (CSAMT) geophysics defined a strong antimony-arsenic-mercury anomaly vectoring toward an interpreted fault zone along the Rangefront structural corridor, where alteration is obscured by shallow postmineral cover.

Excalibur plans to drill Rangefront as a priority target alongside follow-up drilling at the Spyglass Ridge target, located approximately 8km to the southeast, in late 2026 or early 2027.

CEO John Gilbert says the exploration thesis at the company’s Rangefront target is coming together in “a very compelling way”.

“Multiple data sets relating to the structure, alteration, and geochemistry of the area document a metal-bearing epithermal system that remains open to the west and suggest that its principal structural control is concealed beneath shallow postmineral cover,” Gilbert says.

The company collected 264 soil samples across Rangefront in March 2026, followed by KLM Geoscience completing a CSAMT survey in April 2026.

Geochemistry indicates the system strengthens toward the west-southwest beneath postmineral alluvial cover.

Over the remainder of 2026, Excalibur will advance mapping, surface sampling, and geophysical interpretation to refine drill targets across Bellehelen.

Located in Nye County, Bellehelen encompasses a district-scale, 10km-long mineralised trend that historically produced an estimated 311,000 silver-equivalent ounces in the early 1900s, with surface sampling returning assays of up to 11.25 grams per tonne gold and 3,490g/t silver.

Excalibur Metals is focused on the acquisition of precious metals within established mining areas in the western US.
