Eureka Lithium (CSE:ERKA) has agreed to acquire the Tyee Titanium and Vanadium Project in Québec and the Cabin Lake Project in British Columbia from privately held Stairway Mining.
Under the share purchase agreement, Eureka Lithium will issue 12 million common shares to Stairway Mining. The closing of the deal is expected to take place on 3 February 2026, subject to completing customary conditions and securing regulatory approvals.
CEO Dave Bowen says these projects give Eureka exposure to mineral projects targeting discoveries for important materials necessary for defence and high-tech applications.
The Tyee Project, comprises 189 contiguous mineral claims covering 10,136 hectares. The Cabin Lake Project comprises six contiguous mineral claims covering 2,363 hectares in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia.
Eureka Lithium is a lithium-focused mineral explorer focused on its portfolio of projects comprising 2,108km2 in the emerging Raglan West, Raglan South, and New Leaf Lithium camps.
