EraNova Metals (TSX-V: NOVA) has produced a 50-ounce refined silver bar from tailings generated during metallurgical testing of its Silver Surprise zone at the Ruby Creek Property near Atlin, British Columbia.
The silver bar was processed by Rino Mihoc of Ruby Gold at a facility located roughly 20km from the property. The silver was recovered from remaining tailings of a 719kg surface mini-bulk sample collected from Silver Surprise in December 2025.
According to EraNova, the result builds on earlier metallurgical testing of the mini-bulk sample that demonstrated a 95% silver recovery rate through direct smelting. EraNova previously produced a 14.3-ounce refined silver bar during initial testing.
President and CEO Meredith Eades notes that this is an ‘exciting’ milestone for the company because it highlights just one of several value drivers EraNova is advancing simultaneously.
“While the Adanac Molybdenum Project advances toward a preliminary economic assessment, we’re also continuing to demonstrate the broader discovery potential of the Ruby Creek district,” Eades says.
The Silver Surprise Zone hosts the highest-grade silver mineralisation identified to date on the property. Historical surface sampling returned assays up to 16,030 grams per tonne silver (Ag), including 28 samples exceeding 1,000g/t Ag and four exceeding 10,000g/t Ag.
