Lithium exploration company AVZ Minerals (ASX:AVZ) will delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today (14 May 2024) after its shares were suspended for two years.
The beleaguered miner has endured a protracted series of legal stoushes and board disputes all centred around its Manono Lithium and Tin Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), as reported by Mining.com.au.
AVZ last traded on the in May 2022 when it had a market capitalisation of $2.6 billion.
