Elevra Lithium (ASX:ELV) is moving from the OTCQB Venture Market over to the OTC Markets Group as an unlisted quotation from 30 January 2026, listing on the OTC as of 2 February.
The transition was made with consideration of the cost of maintaining a sponsored listing and the low trading volumes by securities holders on that particular market.
The quotation will be maintained on the OTC market by broker-dealers on an unsponsored basis. Investors who currently hold these shares will be provided with the opportunity to convert them into Nasdaq-listed American depositary shares or ASX-listed ordinary shares.
Chief Executive Officer Lucas Dow says that the change “reflects our focus on prioritising resources toward operating performance, balance sheet strength, and execution across our lithium portfolio”.
“Our listings on the ASX and Nasdaq remain the core trading venues for investors, and we remain committed to transparency and regular disclosure through our established reporting framework.”
Elevra Lithium is focused on lithium projects in Québec, Canada, the US, Ghana, and Western Australia.
