E-Power Resources’ (CSE:EPR) Chief Executive James Cross has resigned, following being on a leave of absence since 22 September 2025.
Following Cross’ resignation, E-Power has appointed Jamie Lavigne as COO of the company while vacating the role of Vice President of Exploration. The appointment is in anticipation of an expanded role to manage exploration, resource delineation, and manage technical studies supporting resource development.
Lavigne will remain the interim Chief Executive pending appointment of a new CEO.
A committee, led by Director Alexis de la Renaudiere, has been formed to continue and conclude, as well as discuss and negotiate a candidate to be appointed CEO of the company.
Director Michael Danielsson says from incorporation through becoming a public company, Cross has been the face of E-Power.
“We look forward to the appointment of James’ successor in the near future and to continuing success in the development of the Tetepisca property,” Danielsson says.
E-Power Resources is a Montreal-based battery minerals explorer with assets in Québec, Canada.
