Brunswick Exploration (TSX-V:BRW) has completed a purchase and sale agreement with General Partnership Osisko Baie James for the Mirage Lithium Project in Québec, Canada.
In January 2023, the Canadian mineral explorer optioned the Mirage Project from Globex Mining Enterprise (TSX:GMX) and completed all payments and work expenditure requirements in November 2023.
To acquire full ownership, Brunswick will renounce its option to acquire a 90% undivided interest in the Plex Project.
The company says in partial consideration for terminating the Plex option agreement, General Partnership will pay Brunswick C$1 million within 30 days of publishing a technical report presenting a minimum resource of one million ounces in gold.

The Mirage Project comprises 278 claims covering 13,839 hectares in the James Bay region of Québec.
In early July 2025, Brunswick uncovered three new major dykes at Mirage after completing a drilling program aimed at extending the mineralised stacked dyke zone.
The new zones, as previously reported, lie between 200 and 500m northeast of hole MR-6 which returned 33.2m @ 1.1% lithium oxide, 20m @ 1.3% lithium oxide and 11m @ 1.2% lithium oxide.
Brunswick Exploration is a Montreal-based mineral explorer focused on grassroots exploration for lithium in Canada.
